The on-site restaurant. A great and convenient option for your meals! The Captains Cove Cafe features a breakfast buffet every morning, as well as tasty salads and sandwiches for lunch. You will love waking up and eating your breakfast in this oceanfront restaurant!
The pool-side tiki bar. Nothing cools you off better than a nice refreshing beverage while laying out by the pool. Sea Watch offers a seasonal poolside tiki bar, thats perfect for cooling you down! The kids will surely love the smoothies too!
The penthouse was beautiful, balcony was amazing, spent most of time out on the balcony when we were home. Loved that two rooms had sliding doors to balcony, slept with them open at night listening to the ocean!

We LOVED staying at PH5 at the SeaWatch and would stay there again in the same room. I booked the room for 3 couples and everyone loved the place that I chose...The other couples didn't have a clue where we were staying but LOVED every inch of the place. The pictures on your website were out dated but the improvements were even better than the pictures listed. We all hated to leave and we all agree that will will be back again and want to stay at the same place in the same room. The check in/out process at your office was quick and easy. Everyone I ever spoke to at Condolux was very nice and went above and beyond. I can go on forever about the great experience with Condlux and SeaWatch PH5. I will see you all again soon.

Seawatch ph5 ....very happy with it. Long line picking up keys and long wait at elevators on Saturday arriving. Bathrooms on second floor were out of order most of the week! But still had a great week! Love this place...

Great service, great unit! Will definitely book thru again. Only complaint is the pool tags. They need to be replaced with something different such as the wristbands most places use. They kept falling apart and awkward to wear.

We have stayed in this condo three times and like it very much. Your staff is just great as I told one of them on check in. Can't improve on sincerity and genuine care that they give us. That is why I'd always choose CondoLux for my rentals.

Our stay at SeaWatch was wonderful. The condo was exactly what we needed for our family. It was roomy, well-equipped and CLEAN! We also found your office to be professional and very helpful. We have been disappointed year after year with another rental company, I'm so glad we found you! Again, thank you for a fun week. My daughter, her husband and family, as well as my husband and I plan on using CondoLux again next year when we visit Myrtle Beach.

Condolux was excellent to deal with. Check in process was smooth and attendant was very courteous. We stayed at Sea Watch North which is a very nice resort (we stayed there in the past so we knew what to expect) but unit 1707 could use some updating.

The unit we stayed in was beautiful with amazing views! We really enjoyed the balcony on this unit. I have never seen a balcony as big as this one! This is the second year we have booked through Condolux and have not been disappointed!

This was our second visit with Condolux and it was just as great the second time. We had a room right on the beach and the room was great! I wish you had condos in other parts of the country to rent. You are awesome!

Once we got to our room, we really enjoyed our stay. We were on the 17th floor, and the view was awesome. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed having an ocean view breakfast every morning. Great location! Very close to everything we needed. The resort grounds were beautiful and very cleanThere were 3 weddings on the beach in which we got a birds eye view. They were of course, beautiful! We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary a couple of weeks before, so watching the young couples brought back wonderful memories! There was a rainbow on our last day, so it felt like the perfect ending to our stay.

Condo was very clean with one exception - the shower curtain in master bathroom had mold on bottom of curtain. Condo was dated but clean and met our needs. Floor plan was great set up.

We loved our stay again this year at Sea Watch Resort. The unit and amenities were great. The unit was a little dirty when we arrived and the floors needed swept, but overall we were pleased.

This is the second time we have used CondoLux for our vacation needs! They do NOT disappoint! Check in was a breeze and the staff was awesome! Our first stay at Sea Watch and it was an awesome facility. Though the staff at Sea Watch could be more attentive and polite, there were no real issues.
