Very clean and had everything (plus more) that we needed. Will definitely go back!

CondoLux was awesome as well as the Avista. Our unit had a washer/dryer combo (one piece) which took 4 hours for one load. It fit maybe 2 beach towels at the most. Extremely small.

Where is the parking garage located at Avista?
Answer Parking is located across the street from the oceanfront resort.  You only have to cross Ocean Blvd.  There are short term loading and unloading zones though directly under the building to handle your luggage.
Isn't there a bar at the Avista?
Answer Yes there is! One of the few resorts in North Myrtle with a large onsite bar on the main level of the resort. PLUS, there is the Tree-Top Lounge located on the 4th floor that offers happy hour specials. They've got billards tables too to have fun with family and friends.
