Short answer, no. All discounts are exclusive and cannot be combined. However, we do usually have multiple specials going on at the same time and we always try to give you the best deal and cheapest rate after comparing applicable discounts.

The specials we release fluctuate and are based on inventory at the time of the special, much like airline seat price fluctuation. Unfortunately, we must lock you in at the rate you book and none of our specials can be applied to reservations already received. On the other hand, by booking early, you are locking in the rental unit before anybody else does, giving you prime pick.

All of our units are individually owned, discounting is at the discretion of the homeowner. There are certain homeowners who choose not to participate in our discount programs. Always feel free to call in and speak to one of our reservation agents to find out if the condo you are interested in participates -- if not, we will gladly find a comparable unit that does allow discounts.
